At PaliWatermelon, we create products with meaning — and your voice and trust mean everything to us.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right. You can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom-made products are non-refundable.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
