At PaliWatermelon, we create products with meaning, and your voice and trust mean everything to us.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right. You can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:

Gift cards are non-refundable. All other products — including sale items — are eligible for return under the conditions above, in line with EU consumer protection law.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
