Q1: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna and selected local payment methods where available.

Q2: Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Available shipping options and delivery times may vary by destination.

Q3: How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically produced and processed within 1–4 business days. After that, shipping usually takes 10–15 business days, depending on your destination and customs clearance.

Q4: How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear. You can easily track your order anytime through our Tracking Page.

Q5: What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn, unused, in its original condition and with tags attached. For full details, please visit our Refund Policy.

Q6: Do you offer wholesale or bulk ordering?

Q7: What does PaliWatermelon stand for?

PaliWatermelon creates Palestinian streetwear rooted in memory, identity, resistance and return. Every design carries a symbol, from the key to the keffiyeh, the olive branch and the map.

Q8: How does your donation to Palestine work?

We set aside 10% of the profit from every order for Stichting Plant een Olijfboom, an ANBI-registered Dutch foundation planting olive trees in Palestine. This is an independent commitment, we're a donor, not a formal partner. Learn more at planteenolijfboom.nl.
